1. Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.aapsuperiorservices.com (the “Site”) operated by AAP Superior Services, LLC (“AAP,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Who we are

3. Informational use only; no online booking contract

Content on the Site is for general informational purposes. Submitting an estimate request, contacting us, or browsing the Site does not create a binding service contract. Any paid engagement is subject to a separate written quote, work order, or agreement (and any applicable insurance/licensing disclosures) that we provide to you.

4. Estimates and communications

Estimate requests should be accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge. Quotes are typically based on the information you provide and may change after a walkthrough or once conditions on site are assessed. We aim to respond within one business day but do not guarantee response times.

By submitting a request or contacting us, you consent to our contacting you by email, phone, or text (message and data rates may apply) about your inquiry and related services. You may ask us to stop marketing communications at any time; transactional messages about an active request or job may still be sent.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes
• Attempt to disrupt, scrape without permission, or reverse engineer the Site
• Submit malware, spam, or content that infringes others' rights
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation

We may suspend or restrict access for violations or to protect the Site and our users.

6. Intellectual property

The Site and its content (including text, branding, logos, photos, and design) are owned by AAP or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. 9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AAP AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF SITE USE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). These limits do not limit liability arising from separately contracted cleaning or facility services, which are governed by those agreements and applicable law.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AAP from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive venue for disputes arising from the Site or these Terms shall be in the state or federal courts located in Warren County, Kentucky, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on the Site with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the revised Terms where permitted by law.
